Exchange Policy Items purchased online may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the products subject to the following conditions: That the right size was not delivered as ordered. The item has a manufacturing fault. In this case a complaint must be raised with 2 to 3 days of receiving the item. That the customer has notified his/her intent to exchange through email, sms or phone call within 7 working days of receipt of the purchased item. That the item is in its original packing and price tag in intact. Original invoice is sent along the item. It has been unused i.e it has no strains, odours or anything which may imply that the product has been used. Items purchased on sale can not be exchanged. If an item goes back to its regular price i.e after the end of company promotion, then that product will be exchanged at sale price. There is No Refund policy i.e no cash back option available unless the product is damaged.
